  I recently purchased a used AM-1100 accordion from Joey Petosa. In my research I looked at 12 different accordion makers and spoke/emailed with different shops, dealers, owners etc. Not one of them came close to the responsiveness and helpfulness of Joey. He answered every email within 24 hours (usually faster), would answer my phone calls and speak with me about my various questions, and worked with me to find exactly the right accordion for my budget and parameters.
  
  The accordion I ended up with was a 20 year old AM-1100, which they refurbished for me. It sounds spectacular, plays beautifully, and is in mint condition. I have showed it to some of my peers who also play accordion and introduced it as "my new accordion", none of them doubted for a second that it was new, and when I told them it was 20 years old, most didn't believe me. They put in a internal microphone system which sounds great, and they changed the tuning to be exactly what I wanted.
  
  I have complete confidence that should I ever need anything else, I could call or email and have it dealt with promptly. I don't think that I have ever worked with a more responsive sales/service person, and will recommend my Petosa to anyone who asks.
