  one time forgetting to let me know of up coming events, 2nd time you take my information and don't notified again, well 3rd that is it, my holiday candles will shopped at another store and brand! Employees, not very friendly to out of town
  guest when asking about their new fragrances.
  
  This was bad customer service.
